Prima facie THIS is allegal to thus transfer the Doctor..looking deep all this seem to me a Conspiracy of invisible Devils..to first hurt the wife of CJI and then create situation for Backward Backward Bhai Behn G ! My Government does not recognise caste by Lineage..but classify layers of society by levels of evolution of mind !
