Two landmark cases of this Eunuch are Ajay Hasia case about first clearcut guidelines about definition of State..but is a mere technicality ! In fact Woe to Indian Judiciary that before this the Judges either did not know this..or kept it as their Trade Secret..in fact..even later they did not know it..means they prefer to spend time in Raping Mother India rather than reading about Law !
The second..about petiton on post card..was probably a propaganda for this Eunuch being a Good Human..but Shyamala Pappoo was 100% wrong about this..well let us see now..I am testing if at all he IS far less WAS a human what to say of Good ?
